VirCru will accept returns on all physical products that have been installed as per the VirCru Installation Guide and User Manual within 30 days of acquiring physical possession of the product(s). To return a product purchased on our website, please notify us in writing within 30 days of acquiring physical possession of the product(s). Refunds will be based on the payment method used at purchase, and products remain the responsibility of the customer until received by VirCru. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Upon delivery, please open and inspect your items as soon as possible. If a device is delivered to you with a factory defect please contact our support team at the contact details provided, and if your complaint is upheld we will send a return slip as well as a replacement product. All complaints must be raised within two months of the defect being discovered.
Despite our best efforts, product information cannot be guaranteed to match the product you receive exactly. Any information within our website is a guide only, and you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 30 days of the date after you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s). We cannot accept returns for the provision of services, such as the VirCru App, but do not charge an early termination fee for our subscription based services. However, for annual subscriptions, refunds will not be made available where termination is made during the subscription period. Instead the subscription will lapse at the end of the agreed, paid period.
