How it Works
- Send your friend a unique checkout coupon by following the ‘TELL MY FRIENDS’ link below
- Wait for them to purchase a VirCru Hub from our website (NB – make sure they add their unique coupon code at the checkout phase). They have three months to do this
- …and that’s it! We will send you an email when your rewards are due.

I have been referred to VirCru by a friend
Claiming your VirCru reward is a straightforward process. To do so:
- Find the email from your friend containing your unique VirCru coupon code (check your junk too!)
- Visit www.vircru.com (there’s a link in your email) and add your products to the basket. To qualify for the reward, a VirCru Hub or Launch Pack must be purchased.
- Proceed to the checkout page
- Copy and paste your unique coupon code into the relevant box (what will this be?) at checkout
- Complete your order and wait for an email confirmation
- Enjoy your VirCru reward!
By accepting this offer, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- The referrer is offered three months of free VirCru App subscription for each friend that buys for the first time using the unique coupon code shared with them.
- This reward is valid for any purchase including a VirCru Hub on our website.
- This offer can be shared for 3 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
- The referrer does not have to be an existing VirCru customer (can this work ie. can we credit 3 months subs to someones account if they haven’t become a customer yet?)
- For the referral to qualify, the recipient must be over the age of 18, a new customer to VirCru and meet the conditions of their reward.
- Rewards are cumulative – if multiple referrals are successfully made by the same referrer, VirCru will deliver multiple rewards. A referrer may not earn more than 5 rewards in a 24 hour period, or 20 rewards (5 years of free subs earned) overall. DO WE NEED A MAX REWARD CAP?
- Rewards will be credited to the referrer’s account within 3 working days of the referred friend’s purchase, provided their order is not cancelled.
- We will notify the referrer once a reward has been earned.
- Unused credit towards subscriptions expires 12 months from the date it is added to the account.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discounts on a single order.
Referred friend
- The recipient is offered three months of subscription to the VirCru App upon purchasing through the VirCru website.
- The recipient must include a VirCru Hub within their order to qualify for the award.
- The recipient must use their unique coupon code at checkout to qualify for their reward.
- The referral reward cannot be claimed by the same person that made the referral.
- For any orders that are cancelled or refunded, the rewards offered will be revoked.
- The recipient must be a new VirCru customer and over the age of 18 in order to qualify for the reward.
- The recipient must checkout within 3 months of being sent their unique coupon code by the referrer
